OPW ENGINEERED SYSTEMS TO DEBUT REVOLUTIONARY LOW-PROFILE UNLOADING ARM AT 30TH ANNUAL ILTA SHOW

Product demonstrations will be available during the show in OPW's Booth 233

Lebanon, OH — OPW Engineered Systems, a leading manufacturer of safer, cleaner and faster loading and unloading systems for hazardous materials, and a division of OPW Fluid Transfer Group, has announced that it will exhibit in Booth 233 at the International Liquid Terminal Association's 30th Annual International Operating Conference & Trade Show, which will be held from May 24-26 at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, TX. The ILTA Show annually brings together more than 3,000 professionals from the worldwide bulk liquid-terminal industry.

In addition to it being the 30th anniversary of the ILTA Show, OPW Engineered Systems is greatly anticipating its participation in this year's event because the company will be introducing an exciting new product to the liquid-terminal market. The new low-profile unloading arm has been designed and created especially for railcar bottom-unloading applications. The design of the low-profile unloading arm eliminates the need of a hose to complete the bottom-unloading process, drastically improving efficiency and ease-of-use for operators.

The new unloading arm's low-profile design features a fixed hinge and swivel joint that allows it to be slid under and hooked to railcar tanks that have a bottom clearance as low as 22 inches. The low-profile unloading arm also offers a dry disconnect that eliminates product leakage or dripping, improving operator safety. Eliminating the need for a hose from the unloading process also means that bulky hoses no longer have to be lugged around during loading, or rolled up and stored away when not in use. All of these benefits make the low-profile unloading arm "Safer. Cleaner. Faster," which is OPW Engineered Systems' expressed goal when designing and offering new products to its customers around the globe.
