OPW Engineered Systems D4 API Bottom-Loading Couplers

Lebanon, OH — OPW Engineered Systems 1004D4 API Bottom-Loading Couplers have been designed to combine easy maintenance with an innovative spring-loaded sleeve design that makes operating and servicing the couplers extremely easy. This spring loaded design is semi-automatic and utilizes a sleeve that is spring energized to automatically "jump-on" the API adaptor.

The D4 coupler also features a special Fluorocarbon seal compound that is compatible with most fuel blends including gasoline, diesel, biodiesel and ethanol; no drive pins to improve serviceability; and an innovative shaft stuff box design that provides the easiest maintenance of any coupler on the market, with no special tools required. In addition, the D4's five-cam design ensures tight connections and security at all times. The D4 coupler also utilizes a new stainless steel "ergo" handle design that provides easy, smooth operation.
